Market Update
The Chief Economist of The Canadian Real Estate Association, Gregory Klump, updates the national MLS® residential forecast for 2008 and 2009. The revised CREA forecast says the housing market will continue to cool in most regions, but the number of new listings will also decline. (Souce CREA website, Oct 2008)
