I have added a live link to the Statistics Area of the Calgary Real Estate Board on the Main Home Page, and in the For Buyer and For Sellers areas. This will enable you to check there daily to see the current listing inventory, the median and average sale prices, how many homes have sold in the city in the past 30 days and how many listings came onto the market in the last 24 hours. You can also drill down further for the complete Statistics package that is available for the current month.
