The Development of Carriage Lane is located in southwest Calgary in the Community of West Springs. It was developed and built by award-winning Morrison Homes. This is not to be mistaken with a condominium fee. Many of Calgary's newer community developments levy this type of fee to ensure that the newer communities will have access to such things as community associations, maintained boulevards and greenspaces, etc., as the community grows and matures.
The average sale price in Carriage Lane has risen continually since 2002, by a minimum of 7.57% annually, with the exception of 2008, where the average sale price only rose by .05% due to the shifting economy and higher inventories of comparable properties.
