Mara was an excellent agent to deal with. She kept us informed of everything, did extra research for us on the property and did not pressure us to make an offer. She ensured us that the decision to make an offer was our own. Mara accomodated us by taking us out looking at houses for 5 hours in -26 degree weather during a heavy snowstorm since we were in town from Edmonton. She also insured that our offer was finalized at 11:30pm - again during terrible weather. The seller's Realtor had wanted to wait until the next morning to get the seller's final signature, but Mara insisted that the deal close that night. An offer was ready the next morning from someone else - we were glad ours was finalized!
