pressure us to make an offer. She ensured us that the decision to make an offer was our own. Mara accomodated us by taking us out looking at houses for 5 hours in -26C weather during a heavy snowstorm since we were in town from Edmonton. She also ensured that our offer was finalized at 11:30pm - again during terrible weather. The seller's realtor had wanted to wait until the morning to get the seller's signature, but Mara insisted that the deal close that night. An offer was ready the next morning from someone else - we were glad ours was finalized!
